TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment to Simple Sites Web Design indicates acceptance of these policies:

Pricing:

• PRICING INCLUDES ALL TAXES
• Domain Registration: $20/year
• Web Design: $275 first page*, $75 additional pages*, $25 form submission Thanks page
• Web Hosting $11/month billed annually, includes 2 email redirects
• Web Updates: $15 for up to 20 minutes or $45/hour
• Web Maintenance Package: $120 for 12 updates of "up to 20 minutes each". May be combined
• Email Redirects (no website, or more than 2 redirects): $5/yr each
• *(a page is defined as what prints onto an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper)

Domain Registration:

• The domain is owned by the Client and managed in the Simple Sites Web Design profile on the Netfirms commercial server
• The Client is expected to pay Simple Sites Web Design for registration services annually, a minimum of 1 month prior to the domain expiry date to ensure continuity
• Simple Sites Web Design will not be responsible for any damages incurred by the Client if the domain expires due to nonpayment
• At the Client's request and if accounts are in good standing, Simple Sites Web Design will facilitate transferring the Client's domain elsewhere

Web Design:

• All website files and finished graphics will become property of the Client once the website has launched
• The Client is responsible for the provision of all site content in a timely manner
• Simple Sites Web Design will provide unlimited revisions of the website during the first 30 days of development. After 30 days of development time, changes are subject to $45/hour
• Payment is due before the website launch
• Simple Sites Web Design's liability after launch will be limited to replacement of any defective works
• Simple Sites Web Design will not be held responsible for any consequential damages resulting from errors in the work
• By providing the text and images to Simple Sites Web Design, it is assumed the client has the rights to use said text and images
• It is understood that the Client is legally responsible for all project content (including, but not limited to, text and images)

Web Hosting:

• Simple Sites Web Design will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by the Client, including loss of data, resulting from delays or service interruptions
• The Client is expected to pay Simple Sites Web Design in advance for annual hosting services

Search Engine Submission:

• Your website will be optimized for the major search engines
• Simple Sites Web Design assumes no responsibility for the success (or lack of) of the Client's website in these third party directories

Web Updates:

• Once the website has launched, additional charges for updates will be incurred by the Client at the rates outlined above for further revisions.

Simple Sites Web Design reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Cheques returned NSF will be charged a fee to recover costs.
